Changes

• UI improvements:
  • Added in-game notification when all scientists are idle
  • Added in-game notification when there's a free slot for equipping an Evolved Bacteria
  • Research section also shows how many scientists are busy

• UX changes:
  • When filtering Evolved Bacteria by attribute, the Bacteria are sorted by the strength of that attribute

• Balance changes:
  • Reduced the strength of time travel boosts received from recycling
