Boring Experts is a technology available at the Research tech tree of the Dark Matter Institute.
Normally, when a Scientist is sent to a planet, it increases the base drop chance of the Mineral by 10% (this does not apply to finding the Mineral from destroying the planet).
After researching Boring Experts, each Scientist increases the chance to find a Mineral by 20%.
