The new update (v1.3.0) will include a way to dispose of unnecessary Evolved Bacteria in exchange for some bonuses.
When entering a Black Hole it will be possible to save two Evolved Bacteria of any level (as opposed to two Evolved Bacteria that are at least Level II).
